COSPLAYER WELCOME!

Cosplay and indie games simply belong together. Not just visually, but culturally.

At the Baltic Games Fest, creative worlds collide. Indie developers tell original stories away from the mainstream. Cosplayers bring the world of games to life with attention to detail and genuine passion. Both thrive on individuality. On characters that break the mold. On people who celebrate their own style.

Something new awaits around every corner. A game, a character, an inspiring conversation. The Baltic Games Fest is a place where imagination knows no limits and diversity is celebrated.

GUIDELINES FOR COSPLAYS, PROPS AND WEAPONS

To keep the Baltic Games Fest a safe and positive experience for all visitors, the following rules apply to cosplays as well as any props and weapons brought along.

All costumes and props are inspected at the cosplay check. If individual parts or weapons are found not to be permitted, they must be handed in. They can be collected when leaving the venue.

Decisions made by the organizer and the security staff are binding and final. Cosplays or props cannot be approved in advance.

Questions before the event can be sent by email to hello@balticgamesfest.com.

These rules apply to all visitors without exception.

TICKET REQUIREMENTS

A cosplay is more than just a wig. The cosplay ticket is therefore reserved exclusively for those who arrive in a recognizable costume.

Please understand that, if in doubt, you may have to show a reference picture at the entrance. This makes the check easier for our team and allows them to verify that your outfit really is a cosplay.

LEGAL REQUIREMENTS

Violations of applicable law will result in exclusion from the event and the relevant authorities being notified.

Weapons law
